Changelog

Built in the open, shipped every month.

This isn't finished software we sell and walk away from. When a chamber asks for something, every chamber gets it.

new

Newsletter open & click tracking

Newsletters now report unique opens and clicks per campaign, with click-through rate in Reports. Every link in a newsletter is tagged automatically through a signed redirect (so tracking URLs can't be forged or abused), and unsubscribe links stay direct one-click. Plain-text broadcasts are unchanged and untracked by design.

Guided setup wizard & platform console

New chambers now land in a six-step setup wizard on first login: profile, branding, payments, and first members, with a live setup checklist on the dashboard until everything is done. Behind the scenes, a rebuilt platform console gives us per-chamber health at a glance (members, traffic, revenue, last sign-in) so we can support every chamber proactively. Chambers also now start with ten ready-to-send email templates, from ribbon cutting invitations to legislative updates.

Platform

improved

Nav dropdown menus & featured events

Header navigation can now group links under dropdown menus (an About or Resources menu instead of seven top-level links), with a matching grouped mobile menu. Events also gained a Featured star in the dashboard: set your homepage events showcase to featured-only and it spotlights exactly the events you star, falling back to your next upcoming events until you star some.

Website builder

new

Advertising spend & ROI

Log what the chamber spends per ad channel each month and the revenue you attribute to it. Reports computes the ROI per channel (green at 3× or better) with six-month spend, return, and blended-ROI tiles. Member directory cards also now show each business's membership tier.

Big sends drip out automatically

Broadcasts and newsletters to more than 100 recipients now deliver gradually in small batches instead of all at once, which is the #1 way small organizations end up in spam folders. The composer tells you up front roughly how many hours the send will take, and campaign history shows live progress while it runs. Smaller sends still go out instantly.

new

Chamber email delivery is live

All chamber email (invoices, event confirmations, contact-form messages, newsletters) now sends through our dedicated mail infrastructure: DKIM-signed, SPF-aligned, with a durable retry queue. Messages send from the platform's verified domain with your chamber's name, and replies go straight to your inbox.

new

Built-in website analytics

The Reports tab now shows first-party site traffic: page views with a daily chart, views by section, and tracked actions (ticket purchases, newsletter signups, membership applications, contact messages) recorded server-side so bots can't inflate them. Plus a renewals-due list with overdue flags and per-event ticket sales with revenue. No cookies, no Google Analytics required.

Reports

new

Announcement bar

Publish a site-wide banner above your header from Settings (partnership news, closures, big events) with an optional button, a live preview, and one-click takedown.

new

Custom domains

Chambers can serve their site on their own domain (yourchamber.com) instead of the wyochambers.com subdomain. Set it in Settings, point two DNS records, and the platform handles the certificate and the www redirect.

Platform

improved

Member pricing without a login, event emails, member export

Members now get member event pricing automatically when their email matches an active member business, with no portal sign-in needed. Staff can email every registered attendee straight from the event page (reminders, room changes), and the member list exports to CSV for board reports.

Events & members

new

Richer block library

Poster-style event cards, thumbnail news cards, member-logo directory cards, photo category tiles, full-width band backgrounds, a third hero button, curated navigation, and a multi-column footer with newsletter signup. Everything used to rebuild a chamber's existing site pixel-for-pixel.

Website builder

new

Online ticket checkout

Stripe-hosted checkout for event tickets and invoices, with webhook-verified fulfillment, seat holds, and automatic reconciliation. Pay-at-the-door stays first-class and lands in the same reports.

Payments

new

wyochambers.com launch

The platform and marketing site went live, with the first chamber, Elevate Glenrock, running its full website, directory, events, and Converse-Ations feed.

Claude can build your site

Connect Claude to your chamber and ask it to draft pages, newsletters, or theme changes from your real data. Everything lands in an approval queue. Nothing goes live without a human clicking approve.

new

Ticket types & statewide sync both ways

Member/public ticket pricing with capacity per type, door registration, and two-way Wyo Events sync: your events publish statewide automatically, and RSVPs made on wyoevents.co flow back into your attendee lists.

Events

new

Newsletter builder

Compose member emails from the same blocks as the website. Upcoming events and member spotlights fill themselves in from your data. Open a draft, pick a segment, send.
